THEY SAY: When you swing the EZONE XPG wood, with its ball-cracking Carbon Graphite crown and Yonex Dual Tungsten Power (DTP) System, you’ll be amazed at the distance. Now with expanded carbon graphite on the crown for an ultra-low and deep centre of gravity, the EZONE XPG produces higher trajectory with reduced spin. The newly evolved DTP System dramatically increases head speed while improving balance. Add in the newly designed lightweight, counterbalanced Tungsten Balance Grip, and you have a Yonex wood that absolutely destroys golf balls.
WE SAY: The EZONE XPG is an expensive-looking club. The high-quality components ensure that this wood is a leading contender for best all-round performer. I’m not usually a fan of adjustable woods as I think most ladies get confused with the options, however this one was easy to use and made a real diff erence to the ball fl ight. My only negative comment is that it felt slightly heavier in the head, which might stop the slower swinging ladies from maximising distance but conversely does improve your tempo.
