For an iron face to be fast it has to be thin, yet a thin face is prone to excessive vibration at impact, resulting in harsh sound and feel. You can quiet or minimise the vibration by positioning a soft material behind and in contact with the face, but that slows the face down, stealing distance. Our Rogue irons solve these problems by using 360 Face Cup and VFT technology, with a multi-material construction and Urethane Microspheres to guarantee you maximum distance.
I Say
One of the easiest irons I’ve ever hit. The size of the clubhead makes it forgiving, the thick top-line fills you with confidence and it’s easy to aim. The ball flight was effortless and launched shots instantly high. The feel was solid and responsive. The Rogue irons also produced a slight right-to-left draw shape, ideal if you are seeking more distance and want to straighten out any unwanted slice spin. On the downside, the finish is very shiny, reflecting light, and the soft grips a little too oversize for my small hands.
