The new TaylorMade M4 driver is a delightful club. It is an aesthetically good-looking club with a black and silver crown, and a very snazzy brushed silver shaft. And it instantly feels good too, with a very soft and comfortable grip. This driver is very light and easy to swing - which was a surprise. It is by far the lightest driver I have ever swung. The M4’s big selling point is its forgiving nature, and I have to agree. I have a tendency to fade the ball, but that, amazingly, didn’t happen, without having made any adjustments to the club at all. I probably gained, a not insignificant, 10 yards per drive. Yet again, TaylorMade has come up with a winner!
